TOFU FRIED RICE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
